We created H3 Health with one clear purpose: to help men better understand their health and identify potential issues early — before they become more significant.
We believe strongly in the value of preventative medicine, particularly for the health challenges that often develop through midlife and beyond. Many men notice changes in their health but aren’t sure where to turn, or don’t feel they’ve had the time or space to properly address them. We know many men put their health off until something feels wrong — we aim to change that.
H3 Health is a doctor-led men’s health clinic in the UK, specialising hormone health - including testosterone deficiency and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) - preventative health screening and private GP care. Our approach is clear, practical, and personalised.
We take the time to understand your symptoms, results, and overall health, providing tailored advice and treatment plans designed for long-term wellbeing.
Consultations are delivered via secure video appointments, making expert care accessible and convenient, and allowing you to access specialist men’s health support wherever you are.
Our Medical Team
Our team combines medical expertise with a personalised approach to help you optimise your health and wellbeing.
Our Approach to Care
Yes. H3 Health is a UK-based medical service regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of healthcare services in England. All care is delivered in line with recognised clinical standards.
All care is delivered by UK-trained, GMC-registered doctors. Decisions around assessment, investigation, treatment, and follow-up are based on proper clinical evaluation and individualised medical judgement.
We provide care for adult men seeking support with hormone health, including testosterone deficiency and replacement therapy, preventative health screening, general private GP care, and mental health support.
Our approach focuses on careful assessment, appropriate investigation, and evidence-based treatment where clinically indicated.
To ensure safe and appropriate care, we do not provide treatment for:
- Individuals under the age of 18
- Patients living outside the United Kingdom
- Acute or urgent medical conditions
- Drug or alcohol dependency treatment
- Conditions outside our clinical scope
We do not routinely initiate specialist medications from other hospital-based specialties (for example ADHD or high-risk psychiatric treatments), except in exceptional circumstances.
No. H3 Health is not an emergency service.
If you have urgent symptoms or require immediate medical attention, please contact your NHS GP, call 111, or dial 999.
With your consent, we usually share relevant information with your NHS GP, including diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions.
This supports continuity of care and helps ensure safe coordination alongside any existing treatment.

How Your Care Works
H3 Health is an online medical service. All consultations are conducted remotely via secure video.
Your doctor will take a detailed medical history, explore your symptoms and concerns, and carry out an appropriate clinical assessment. Where needed, further investigations will be recommended before any treatment is considered. Treatment is only initiated where clinically appropriate.
Following your consultation, with your consent, your doctor will write to your NHS GP outlining any diagnoses, recommended investigations, or treatment plans. You will be copied into this correspondence for your records.
Results are reviewed by your doctor once available, typically within a few days depending on the test. You will receive them via a secure link, together with clear clinical comments and recommended next steps, including advice on whether a follow-up consultation is needed.
This depends on your symptoms and the service you are accessing. Where investigations are required, your doctor will explain what is needed and why, ensuring that testing is appropriate and clinically justified.
Yes. We encourage continuity of care wherever possible, as this supports a more consistent and personalised approach. We will aim to book you with the same doctor for ongoing care.
We aim to make care as accessible as possible. If you require additional support — such as extra time, clear written summaries, or an interpreter — please let us know in advance and we will make appropriate arrangements.

Most everyday queries or concerns can be resolved quickly by our support team, with input from a senior member of the team or a clinician where appropriate.
We aim to resolve Stage 1 concerns within 5 working days.
Stage 2: Making a formal complaint
If your concern is complex, requires a structured investigation, or you feel that the Stage 1 response has not fully resolved the issue, you can request a formal review.
We will acknowledge your formal complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.
We will investigate your concerns fairly and objectively and provide a clear explanation of our findings, any action taken and any improvements identified. If we need additional time to complete our investigation, we will let you know and keep you updated.
If your complaint relates to patient safety or safeguarding, it will be escalated promptly to the appropriate clinical or safeguarding lead for review.
If You’re Not Happy With Our Response
If your complaint remains unresolved following Stage 2, we may refer the matter to MedSu, an independent complaints resolution service, for impartial review.
